Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day unless you have pre-ordered an item.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update.

I didn't receive my package

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered, please check with your neighbours and local post office. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at support@dare2share.shop for further assistance.

I need to return my order

We hope you love your new game but if for some reason you need to send it back for a refund, please email support@dare2share.shop with your name and order number for further assistance.

Note that we do not pay for you returning your item and we do not refund the shipping fees you paid.

If you have refused delivery of your order in any way and your item/s are returned to us, we will wait for the product/s to arrive back at our warehouse to issue your refund.

Please return your item within 14 days to receive a full refund (minus shipping fees).
